Tackling the toys

Have you ever tried to clean out the kids’ toys, only to have them show up at the very end? This happened to me last summer, and it wasn’t good. Claire took one look at the “donation” pile and deemed EVERY single item “critical.” Even the dreaded duck whistle.

It inspired this cartoon for Babble.

  1. “I LOVE THEM” is one of the most said sentences in our house. My Boy loves candy wrappers, lollipop sticks, cherry pips, his old boots from last winter that don’t fit for toffee and got holes it them, branches, dead birds (!! that had to go immediately though)… basically everything.
