What i do is i roast the almonds till they have a nice smoky flavor, then I pour dark chocolate which is slightly melted and bits of crushed peppermint bark and sea salt (the bigger bits, not little salt grains), wait for the chocolate to set, then eat it. It’s really good and works as a great way to get my 2 kids to stop fighting because all I have to say is “keep fighting, and no almonds for you 2 for a month! But if you talk it out, I’ll give you each 5 almonds”.
