Aww, thank you! It’s been a couple weeks now, and I’d say things are getting a little better. I’m still sore all the time, but I think that’s a good sign, right? : )

Ahhh yes that day after work out feeling when it hurts to do fun things like walking, sitting and standing for too long. The only thing thats more fun is the second day after working out.
Second day is always worse!
