You know when you call customer service and get one of those automated systems? And then you’re trying to verbally answer the questions, but it’s noisy at your house, so the answers aren’t registering? Yeah. That drives me CRAZY!

Whatever happened to the days of actually talking to a PERSON? Technology is supposed to make our lives easier, but it’s just more frustrating sometimes!!!!
Agreed! Definitely the “automated” customer service is not a step forward. It would be easier to deal with a toddler customer service agent! ; )
They also only recognise certain accents! I am from Scotland and it never has a clue what I am saying! I just end up putting on a fake English accent so it will understand!! haha

It’s only partially automated with most systems for us.
I wish they never get to that fully automated version.
